Gnuplot은 꽤 좋은 Plot 프로그램인데, Qt, Gtk, Tcl/Tk 등을 이용한 GUI Front-end는 있지만, Windows에서 바로 설치해서 쓸 수 있는 Front-end는 없는 것 같습니다.
