cygwin 환경에서 컴파일을 하고자 합니다.
setup.exe로 libiconv를 설치했음에도 컴파일이 되지 않네요.
자세한 컴파일 방법을 알려주시길.
cygwin 환경에서 한번 컴파일하고자 하는데 참 힘들군요.

./configure 를 실행하면 다음과 같은 에러 메시지가 나옵니다.

configure: error: You need to install a working iconv implementation, such as http://clisp.cons.org/~haible/packages-libiconv.html
